Get Ready for the PY 2026 Open Enrollment Period
Beginning November 1, 2025, please give our office a call to review your Health Insurance Marketplace coverage for 2026.
You may have new choices for health insurance, but you must update your application to get the correct savings.
NOTE: Aetna will no longer offer under 65 plans through The Health Insurance Marketplace.
November 1, 2025 – December 15, 2025 for coverage to begin January 1, 2026!
January 15, 2026 – last day to enroll for 2026 coverage to begin February 1, 2026!

PY 2026 Medicare Annual Enrollment Period
Beginning October 15, 2025 thru December 7, 2025 is the time each year when anyone with Medicare can change their Medicare Advantage (Medicare Part C) and prescription drug plans.
CHANGES TO THE MEDICARE VALUE-BASED INSURANCE DESIGN – NEW IN 2026
Medicare will eliminate the Value-Based Insurance Design (VBID) Model at the end of 2025 which will lead to other benefit design changes in the Medicare Advantage market in 2026.
Please review your 2026 Annual Notice of Change document that will be mailed from your plan in September. If you are satisfied with your current plan and the changes for PY 2026, you do not need to take any further action. Your plan will automatically renew for 2026 and NO action is required.

Chronic Special Needs Medicare Advantage Plans are available for individuals with diabetes and/or Congestive heart failure living in Alamance, Davidson, Davie, Forsyth, Guilford, Randolph, Rockingham, counties. You may be eligible for plans that will lower prescription drug costs, $0-dollar co-pays for specialists, and enhanced coordination of care benefits.
